Terms of service

(By commissioning me, you acknowledge and agree to all of the below, unless exceptions have been agreed upon in private conversation during the commission process.)

- Be clear and specific, as corrections due to missing information or last minute changes will have an extra cost depending on the change.- this service can only be used for personal use only unless discussed for commercial use.- All payments must be made before i start the comission and are accepted trough paypal only.- I will provide you a link to pay upon order.- You can change the sketch unlimitedly.- I will provide work-in-progress updates for feedback regulary.- You cannot edit my art (as in editing colors, redrawing parts, tracing, etc).- Don't trace, copy or sell my works.- You are not allowed to use my artwork as yours.- The comission include my logo/watermark always.- Please, keep in mind that English isn't my native language.- Estimated delivery date: 1 to 2-3 weeks (Varies depending on circumstances)- The finished drawing will be sent to you by mail.

My rights as an artist:

- I reserve the right to deny your commission for any reason.- I reserve the right to post your commission to social media (however if you prefer that I don’t, tell me and I will not post it).- I reserve the right to use your commission for portfolios/examples on commission posts/etc. (again, if you prefer that I don’t, let me know).

Your rights as commissioner:

- If you cancel your commission before I have started it you will get a full refund.- You may request small changes to your commission before I have finished.- You may request progress shots of your commission at any time.- Your commission can be used for any personal reason as long as I’m given credit.- Commissions cannot be altered in a way that removes credit (ex. removing my signature).
